To return or travel to Canada, you should first use the ArriveCAN app to submit your travel plans mandatory by the Government of Canada.
You can travel to Canada if you are fully vaccinated. Provided – If you have been in any country other than Canada or the US in the last 14 days, you’ll be selected for arrival testing.
If you do not qualify to be fully vaccinated, you’ll have to undergo a 14-day quarantine or isolation or testing.
Due to the new Omnicron variant, Canada has closed its boundaries for ten countries: Botswana, Egypt, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, and South Africa Zimbabwe; and any other country might be added or removed to the list as per order.
If you haven’t been to any of these countries within the last 14 days, you may still be able to travel to Canada.
