AMK Global is an Immigration & Recruitment company based in Canada & UK, we help professionals to start their dream careers in Canada & UK, study in top universities, settle or start a new business abroad, visit their families and much more. We have recently expanded to 12 offices worldwide and are looking to extend the team globally.

The right candidate for this role must have a passion for the business, a collaborative leadership style in a faced-paced environment. The HR Manager will be responsible for the companies’ policies and all aspects of Human Resource records of AMK Global. They will also advise on HR matters to ensure compliance with current legislation and the best practice.

Job Duties

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
· Manage the recruitment and selection process globally
· Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
· Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
· Report to the CEO and provide decision support through HR metrics
· Ensure Global legal compliance throughout human resource management
· Actively recruit, Interview, screen and assess candidates to determine skill set.
· Communicate regularly with potential candidates, applicants, and hiring managers to inform them about the process and status of open positions
· Implement and apply screening techniques applicable to position requirements and administer candidate assessments as appropriate
· Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
· Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
· Ensuring background and reference checks completed
· Preparing new employee files
· Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
· Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address)
· Administering new employment assessments
· Performs other related duties & responsibilities as assigned

Must-Have

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree (HR related would be preferable but not mandatory)

Salary: From £25,000 to £27,000 per year.
