WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Scheduling appointments using our Booking applications & phone/SMS/email inquiries.
- Answering incoming phone calls, listening to voicemails & returning calls
- Assigning appointments to appropriate team members
- Virtually triaging clients’ appointments
- Reviewing and rectifying clients’ concerns
- Complete daily tasks assigned during each shift and another administrative job as assigned
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Desirable one year of administrative experience.
- Excellent organizational skills, multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Superior customer service, written, and verbal communication skills
- Good written and spoken English.
